I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for experiencing Memphis without needing a car. The rooms were clean and stylish, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The basic amenities were all provided, and the prices were reasonable. The breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced at $10. it was a good value for money.

Everything was fine.

The room size was great, especially after being upgraded. the bathroom was spacious and the TV was nice. What I enjoyed the most was the location of the hotel. It was ideal, with the Riverfront and Beale Street just a short walk away. We also loved the variety of restaurants nearby, like Flight and the Blue Plate Cafe. And the food at the hotel restaurant, Eighty3, was surprisingly delicious. Don't miss out on the chicken and waffles on Sundays!

The room showed signs of wear, like peeling wallpaper and door trim in the bathroom. Lastly, at checkout, we were told that the fire pit could have been lit upon request, which would have been nice to know beforehand.

The location was perfect, close to the historical sights and near popular restaurants and attractions. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities including a fridge and a safe. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of the city and the Mississippi river.

Staying at Hu Hotel was a great experience. the location couldn't be better, with Beale Street and downtown just a short walk away. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a chic and aesthetic design. the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. I also enjoyed the views from the wrap-around windows, especially watching the sunset over the river. it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem in downtown. With its affordable prices and attention to detail, it offers great value for money. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are modern, updated, and clean with a nice view of the city. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Beale Street and other downtown sites. Plus, the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, starting the day off right.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hu Hotel. The rooftop view was breathtaking, especially with the live DJ entertainment. Despite the cool weather, the outdoor sitting area with the overhead heaters provided just the right amount of warmth. The vallet parking was convenient and the comfortable bedding ensured a good night's sleep. Although the hotel didn't have its own restaurant, there were plenty of dining options in the downtown area. The friendly service from beginning to end made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only minor issue we encountered was a need for some extra attention to housekeeping matters. However, the hotel promptly resolved these when we brought them to their attention.
