Brand new cabin with attention to detail, feather top mattresses, treetop views, and wildlife. Great breakfast options and fabulous dinner restaurant. Only glitch with water heater, which they offered compensation for. Secluded setting with nearby amenities. Enjoyed breakfast vouchers and dining experience. Loved the back porch and kitchenette in the room. Outdoor apparel store was a bonus. a relaxed and romantic getaway.

We really enjoyed the secluded and peaceful setting of the hotel. It was surrounded by beautiful woodlands and provided a tranquil atmosphere for our stay. Additionally, the breakfast at the nearby Apple Valley Cafe was delicious and we appreciated the $10 vouchers that were provided for each night of our stay. the food was top-notch and we left feeling satisfied and ready for the day ahead. the location was also great, with plenty of nearby activities and attractions to explore during our holiday.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we were not completely satisfied with. the blinds in our room were in poor shape, with several of them torn, broken, or unable to be opened or closed.

The cabin was gorgeous, staff were really helpful, and the location was ideal for exploring Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Smoky Mountains. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub on the porch was a fun and relaxing way to unwind after long days of walking and hiking. We also enjoyed visiting the Apple Valley Stores on the property.

The location was ideal, serving as a great base for exploring Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Smoky Mountains. We had a great value for our money at the lodge. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely atmosphere. The location was perfect, away from the busy areas but still accessible to nearby attractions. The staff treated us with utmost kindness and made us feel very welcome.

The log cabin we stayed in was of the highest quality and provided all the comforts we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast, which was absolutely delicious and made our mornings special. The fully equipped kitchen in the cabin was a great advantage, allowing us to prepare our own meals when we desired. Additionally, the friendly and welcoming staff made our stay a breeze. We couldn't have asked for a better Christmas getaway.

Although the internet had some issues during our stay, it actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as it allowed us to disconnect and truly enjoy our vacation. The remote location, while offering an authentic experience, required a short drive to reach the nearby amenities.

Our stay at Dancing Bear Lodge was absolutely amazing. The cabin we stayed in was luxurious and well-equipped. The bed was large and comfortable, and the hot tub on the rear balcony was the perfect way to relax after a day of hiking. The restaurant, Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro, was excellent and offered top-quality food and cocktails. The property itself was beautiful and surrounded by nature. I highly recommend this lodge for a wonderful getaway experience.

We stayed at Dancing Bear for a week and it was the perfect base for exploring Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Smoky Mountains. Everything was spot on.

The restaurant on site was amazing and the trails right outside the cabin were fun to explore, even in the rain. The friendly staff tried to make it up to us when we arrived exhausted and soaking wet, after a day of hiking. The kids were disappointed we were only staying for one night, but we could imagine spending a whole week here with our family.
