Mainstay Suites is conveniently situated near the Rocky Top Sports Complex. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. the glass-walled pool overlooking the forest was a refreshing treat. Free parking and on-site laundry were convenient amenities.

Our recent stay at Mainstay Suites was fantastic! We stayed for 3 nights and loved the proximity to downtown, spacious rooms with a cozy couch, and the walk-in shower. the pool overlooking the forest was a delightful retreat, and the friendly staff made our experience even more enjoyable. The free parking and convenient onsite laundry were definite bonuses. Cons: Do recommend this hotel.

The room setup was nice with a kitchen and a cozy couch. the location was superb, just a short trolley ride to downtown Gatlinburg, with free parking as a bonus. the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay, and the onsite laundry facility was convenient.

The elevator only went down, and the walls were quite thin. Some room amenities were incomplete or difficult to use.
