We stayed at Mainstay Suites for a leisure trip for three nights. the staff handled a minor computer issue efficiently. the room had a spacious full-size refrigerator, and maintenance promptly fixed a broken toilet seat screw. the morning coffee and bagel spreads were plentiful. I appreciated the organic shampoo provided. the room was impeccably clean, and extra towels were readily available. the greeting from the cleaning staff was a nice touch.

The location was great, close to many restaurants and activities. My son loved the pool, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially with the kitchenette available in the room.

Arrival was unpleasant, with unprofessional behavior from the front desk. Hygiene issues were a major concern, with leftover items from previous guests and stained sheets.

Abundance of jelly and cream cheese for bagels. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Staff friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the pool, especially for children.
