Despite being located in a "very bad area of Tallahassee," we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a clean bathroom that had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had a business center with a handmade sign that stated "daycare," which was convenient for those traveling with children. our experience at this hotel was pleasant and enjoyable.

The carpets on the second floor were horribly stained.

The service at the front desk was amazing, with Katisha providing a helpful and friendly service. She even ensured my daughter-in-law with a newborn had a mini fridge and microwave in the room.

Felt totally relaxed during my stay, without any complaints whatsoever.

The hotel offered two complementary items that we really appreciated during our Christmas vacation. The location was ideal for exploring the area. The hotel had a great view from our room, we could see the city skyline every night.

The hotel lacked some key amenities. The room was on the small side and the bathroom design was poorly executed.
