The scenery is gorgeous with stunning mountain views that took my breath away. the romantic ambiance and tranquil environment made us feel relaxed and happy. the breakfast buffet was excellent and provided a wide variety of delicious food choices that we loved. the electric carts were available to take us to the rooms, which was a great convenience.

The service could have been a bit quicker, especially at the western restaurant. the language barrier was a problem sometimes, staff could have had better English skills.

This hotel boasts of luxurious amenities that were exceptionally fulfilling. the outdoor swimming pool with heated water and exquisite sun loungers provided a relaxing and tranquil environment to bask in. the garden area with BBQ facilities and spa lounge were perfect for unwinding. the facial, full body massage and other beauty treatments provided were simply amazing and exceeded my expectations.

The lack of a map or adequate information on the hotel's facilities was a minor inconvenience when I was walking around the venue.
