Our stay at the hotel was worth every penny. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the towels were unbelievably fluffy. The location was perfect, right on the main street with cute shops and delicious restaurants, and just a block away from the water. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could make the breakfast option better is if they offered a wider variety of snacks and extras in the room, like some paper and a pen, and maybe even some ability to control the room temperature.

The room was absolutely beautiful with a wonderful view and a cozy fireplace. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make us happy. The location was great, with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The in-house restaurant offered convenient room service till late night. The comfortable bed and friendly accommodating staff made our stay even better. They even provided our puppy with a toy, treats, and bags. Free parking and a convenient location added to the overall positive experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, even calling to check if I liked my room shortly after I arrived. the location of the hotel was also great, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance. Additionally, the food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

One downside was that the room I stayed in was in an older building, and the bathroom was quite small compared to the newer rooms in the tower. Another disappointment was the noise level at night, as there was a live band playing outside until 1am, followed by noisy guests returning to their rooms.

We loved that there were gas heaters on the terrace, which made it nice and cozy on those chilly evenings. The menu at the dining restaurant was limited, but the quality was excellent. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They ground fresh coffee for our French press in the room and even helped us print our ferry tickets. They were very accommodating and friendly. a fantastic experience!

The hotel had a great location right in the heart of town, making it convenient to explore the city. the views from our room were fantastic, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. They even had a wet bar where we could enjoy some snacks and drinks. the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to assist us with any questions we had.

One downside was that the hotel could be quite noisy at night. Street and restaurant sounds carried into the rooms, and we could even hear conversations through the walls with our neighbors.

Its location couldn't be better with its proximity to the ferry terminal, restaurants and bars, putting you right in the center of all the fun. The hotel is located in a great area with so much to do and see, including a rooftop bar with a lot of fun. The rooms, especially those with a king size bed, are well-appointed and have a sweeping view of the entire area from the fourth floor. The breakfast was yummy and there were lots of choices, including a great Danish platter and delicious basted eggs. Lastly, the service from the helpful and charming staff was awesome.

All was wonderful during my stay.
