The room was quiet, super comfortable, and featured Universal Design for easy accessibility. It had a walk-in shower with great water pressure and a temperature gauge. The climate controls worked well, and the maid service was unobtrusive and efficient. A grocery store next door made it convenient to buy fresh food. Multiple subway lines nearby make commuting easy.

My experience at the hotel was marred by unhelpful staff at the reception. When I requested an extra flat sheet, the staff member rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed, which left a bad impression. Additionally, an unexpected charge at check-in that was explained poorly added to my frustration, and the overall service from the reception was not welcoming throughout my stay.

Clean room, friendly staff, the hotel's location just a quick 2-minute walk from the subway allows easy access to the city's attractions, and the comfortable bed made for a restful night after exploring.
