The spacious room had a comfy bed, multiple USB wall plugs for convenient charging, and all the amenities I needed. The gym exceeded my expectations with its new equipment and generous size. The hotel's location, across from Queens Plaza subway station, provided easy access to Manhattan, and the surrounding neighborhood offered plenty of bakeries, supermarkets. The clean, modern room provided a stunning city view, and the housekeeping staff were attentive and accommodating.

The rooms in the upper floors have a beautiful view of the skyline and are equipped with basic amenities. The hotel offers great value for money and the staff is friendly and provides great service. This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the staff here are incredible - from the friendly and helpful Front Desk Manager to the hard-working and courteous maintenance staff, they all provided impeccable service. The hotel itself is also very well-maintained and safe, with key card access for both the elevator and rooms. Additionally, the location is fantastic, with easy access to Queens and Manhattan via public transportation. The view from the upper floors is breathtaking, offering a beautiful skyline view. And to top it all off, the breakfast included was a great bonus.

Everything was great! Just a minor improvement could be made in terms of soundproofing - sometimes you can hear nearby doors opening and closing, and even people talking in the bathroom.
