We got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was quiet and spacious, with a lovely bathroom. The location was super convenient for shopping. The staff treated us like royalty, making us feel at home.

The morning meal could have been better if the sausages were less mealy.

Experience was ruined by security alarms going off twice during their stay, causing disruption and discomfort. Lack of security at the entrance, allowing non-guests to enter the premises freely.

The hotel had a prime location, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and historic sites. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the food at the on-site restaurant was outstanding, with a great menu and cozy atmosphere.

While the staff was friendly, the overall service could have been more efficient. There were occasions where requests took longer than expected to be fulfilled.

Spacious and clean rooms with modern decor. The Bar Boulud breakfast is top-notch in terms of quality and service. The location is extremely convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. I especially enjoyed my morning walks at Boston Commons and along the scenic Charles River.

The staff was incredibly kind and efficient, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room was quiet and comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The breakfast, delivered to my room, was on time and absolutely delicious, especially the perfect egg white omelettes. The coffee was also of excellent quality. Additionally, my husband thoroughly enjoyed the steam room in the spa. we had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose this hotel again.

We had an outstanding experience at the Mandarin Oriental during our stay in Boston. The room upgrade at check-in was a pleasant surprise and the king bed was truly luxurious. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The spa was amazing, with top-notch massages by Kate. I recently stayed at this brilliant hotel in an excellent location. The Back Bay room I stayed in was the perfect size, well-appointed, and had a super comfy bed. The desk had all the stationary I needed, and the sofa was a great place to relax. The bathroom was spacious and the housekeeping service was top-notch. I also tried the in-room dining and the food was absolutely brilliant. I had breakfast at Bar Boulud and supper at the lobby lounge, and both experiences were outstanding. The staff at the hotel were amazing, attentive, and very kind. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
