We stayed at this charming B&B for 2 nights during our New England road trip. The hosts were gracious and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They provided great dining tips, directions, and even a beach pass for a free kayaking trip. The room was cozy and comfortable with good wifi and AC. The breakfast was fabulous, especially the blueberry pancakes. The common areas were tastefully appointed and the on-site parking was convenient. We truly felt like we got more than our money's worth and would love to visit again.

The location was excellent, in a convenient spot off Newport Rd and old Rte 11. We were able to easily explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the hosts were gracious and provided helpful tips for dining and directions. They even gave us a beach pass for a free kayaking trip on a nearby lake. The room, while small, was cozy and comfortable with good wifi and air conditioning.

The window AC unit in our room was poorly placed and blew directly onto one of the beds, making it uncomfortable. Also, the cleaning staff could have done a better job of regularly clearing the trash from our room during our multi-night stay.

The breakfast was amazing, especially when enjoyed outside. It was a great way to start the day. Another highlight was having private access to the lake and being able to use the free canoe. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the highway.

One downside was that breakfast was served at 8am, which may not be ideal for those who prefer to sleep in. Additionally, there were only a few outlets in our room, which was a bit inconvenient.

One aspect that I didn't like about the hotel was the small size of the bathrooms on the third floor. They were quite cramped and inconvenient to use.

The breakfast options were fantastic with a great menu and meals prepared just as you select them. the hosts were very gracious and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the historical charm of the building added to the experience, and we loved the wood-burning stove that provided a calming ambiance during our winter nights. Additionally, the accommodations were comfortable and quiet, allowing for a restful sleep.

We encountered some bugs on the floor, which was a bit unsettling for my child. Although it may be normal for this time of year in the area, it was not something we particularly enjoyed.

My kids absolutely loved it too! The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, ensuring a relaxing weekend. The only minor drawback was a few bugs on the floor, but I understand it's normal for this time of year. I highly recommend this lovely inn with its delicious breakfast and hospitable atmosphere.
