I faced issues with room service. they wouldn't answer the phones. Additionally, the check-in process felt chaotic, with no convenient parking nearby and no one to assist with luggage. I was quite disappointed that the online menu for the café differed significantly from the one in the dining room, making dining choices frustrating.

The decor is a bizarre mustard-yellow with blue carpeting that clashes!!! Also, the fitness center is laughably small—needs more equipment!!! And that coffee bar staff could use a lesson in customer service etiquette!!!

desert diamond casino has great conference facilities and is just a short drive to the airport. i loved the spacious, modern rooms and the friendly staff made everything better. the breakfast buffet was impressive with a nice variety each morning. guests also enjoyed the outdoor pool and nightclub.

A Memorable First Stay with Room for Improvement

Our recent visit was a mix of highs and lows. The gaming floor was lively, but we encountered some discomforts in our room. On a positive note, the vibrant atmosphere at the onsite restaurant offered a wide variety of choices. I recommend checking the heater prior to settling in.

The Superior King Room was nice and spacious, but the bed really didn’t work for my back. And the lack of a microwave was a bummer. Also, housekeeping popping by every day felt a bit intrusive. They warned me about fire drills happening during the day, which made me uneasy. Definitely not impressed this time, but I did love the nice patio and the overall cleanliness around the place.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The rooms were super spacious and clean—made it feel like home. Had dinner at the café, and wow, the food was delicious! Just wish the check-in process was a bit smoother. it felt a lil chaotic. But overall, we had a fun time!

Spent a couple of nights there, and the remodel rooms were nice! The shower was heavenly, felt like an oasis after long hours at the blackjack tables. The hot tub was a solid way to unwind, totally clean and cozy.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but I guess that’s the price you pay for a little entertainment.

The variety of games kept things exciting. The clean environment made it enjoyable. However, service could be improved since it took ages to get my debit card back from the bar.
