Had a lovely time in a king suite with two beds and even a jacuzzi, which was such a treat. Staff were super friendly, and the location was really convenient. Just be ready for a bit of a wait at the front desk since they seemed a little short-staffed. Breakfast options could also use some improvement.

They were able to quickly resolve an issue with our door key and even moved our belongings to another room when they discovered it was still occupied. Megan's positive customer service made us feel valued and welcome. The room itself felt like a small apartment, with pleasant decor and cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, and the updated bathroom was also clean. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the freeway, The Elephants Trunk flea market, and the mall.
