The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was central to everything I wanted to do downtown, and even in the cold weather, everything was so convenient. The direct tunnel made it easy to get around without having to walk far. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel facilities were great.

It was centrally located and allowed me to easily access everything I wanted to do downtown, even in the cold weather. The subway system made it incredibly convenient to get around, and I was able to park my car and not worry about it until I left. Secondly, the service from the staff was exceptional. They were kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms provided great value for the price. They were clean, spacious, and had all the basic amenities I needed. Plus, the breakfast provided was the best I've ever had at a hotel.

The hotel is well-located for visits to a nearby medical facility and there is a useful indoor walkway connecting different parts of the facility. The staff were friendly and offered complimentary items which was a nice touch.

The room was not as clean as expected and had a few insects. The bed was too soft and resulted in an uncomfortable sleep.
