I had such a wonderful time at Marriott'S Shadow Ridge I - The Villages. The hotel room felt like a real home, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The view of the lake from the room was absolutely gorgeous. I also loved the activity center and the variety of events they offered for the whole family. It was a kid-friendly environment with so many fun things to do. The property was well-maintained and clean, creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience overall.

While our stay was mostly perfect, there were a couple of minor hiccups. our air conditioning unit was leaking when we arrived, and engineers had to come in to fix it.

Tasteful design, clean villa, great beds, perfect view, easy drive to the tennis tournament.

I recently stayed at a wonderful resort in Palm Desert for a weekend getaway. The resort had an abundance of pools, some with restaurants and bars, creating a great atmosphere. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment. The resort also had a variety of on-site dining options, including a Starbucks, making it convenient to grab a quick bite. Additionally, the activities center with a movie theater and the small store with basic groceries were added bonuses.

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Palm Desert.

I had a fantastic stay at Marriott's Shadow Ridge II. We were in town for a funeral and the hotel allowed us to check in early, which was awesome. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly staff who promptly resolved any issues, such as providing a nightstand missing from our room. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and stocked with high-quality amenities. We even received a free upgrade to a room with a stunning golf course view. The on-site restaurants, fitness center, and shops were all great. This was our first visit to Palm Springs, and we were sad to leave. We will definitely be coming back for a longer stay next time.

We had a fantastic family vacation at this resort! the pools and water activities were a hit with the kids, and the jumbotron movie nights were a unique and fun experience. the villa we stayed in was clean and comfortable, giving us plenty of space to relax. We also enjoyed cooking in the villa, which saved us some money. the resort offered great amenities and a family-friendly atmosphere.

We had a few minor issues during our stay. when we checked in, we requested bedding for the room, but had to follow up to receive it.

We enjoyed our New Year's stay at a beautiful property with great pool options. the food and cocktails were outstanding, and the staff was very accommodating. the view of the ducks and geese added to the overall ambiance. we appreciated the little kitchenette and real dishware that was provided.

We also couldn't find an adults-only pool area, which took away from our desired relaxation.

Located in Southern California, this hotel offers beautiful views of the golf course and mountains. It is close to a local grocery store and taxis are available to take you to nearby Palm Springs. Rooms have a nice balcony and kitchen area, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering water and popcorn on arrival.

Some areas of the hotel can be a bit scattered and difficult to navigate, especially with small children.

The Shadow Ridge is a pleasant resort with spacious villas and well-equipped amenities. The en-suite rooms with a private balcony or patio provide privacy and comfort, perfect for relaxation. The resort's four pools and hot tub offer great leisure options, and the championship golf course is a bonus for golf enthusiasts.
