The whole experience was lekker, check-in was sharp-sharp and the room was super clean. Pool vibe was on point, especially the main one – just adults, which is what we wanted! Really enjoyed chilling there with a dop.

Spacious villas with full kitchens are a delight.

Our check-in experience was subpar, as the room was not ready by the 4 PM check-in time. After waiting longer than expected, I had to call to see if the room was available, which I didn't appreciate. Additionally, the absence of room service was disappointing, as it felt very inconvenient not to have dining options on-site, especially in a resort setting.

Pools were noisy, especially when the jacuzzi turned on.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort, enjoying its proximity to the children's discovery museum, which was only about a 15-minute walk, and the beautiful chuckwalla trail, perfect for those afternoon strolls in nature. the property was very well-maintained, enhancing the overall experience, making relaxation easy and cozy.

i nearly thought about giving a better review, but then i remembered the lack of room service and how i was instructed to clean up my own broken glass. the tone at check-in was rude, almost like they didn't even care, and don’t even get me started on the empty shampoo bottles in the shower.

We enjoyed our two-bedroom villa in the Snake Village Enclaves, which was modern and comfortable, perfect for families. The property is well-maintained with ample amenities, though the distance from some pools and occasional noise from children at quieter areas could be improved. Ideal for a relaxing getaway.

i loved staying at marriott's shadow ridge i, the villages! the one-bedroom villa was spacious, with a super comfy king bed and a nice kitchen. the pools were clean and inviting, and the bar staff, especially jessie, knew how to keep the drinks flowing. plus, the 24-hour fitness center was a great bonus for keeping active during my stay.
