The value for our money was excellent, the room was comfortable and well-equipped. The location was serene and surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff treated us with friendliness and professionalism.

The only improvement I would suggest is more breakfast options.

We had the best family vacation ever at Massanutten Resort! Our condo setup was amazing with two levels and plenty of space for our family of seven. The views of the ski slopes from our screened-in porch were breathtaking. We loved having fireplaces in each condo and the convenience of full kitchens. The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub at the Fitness Center were a real treat. We also enjoyed hiking the Ridge and taking in the beautiful scenery. we highly recommend this resort for a fun-filled family getaway.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was welcoming. The upgraded condo-style lodging at Eagle Trace on the Hill was spacious and clean, with a separate bedroom. The concierge, Hannah, was extremely helpful in planning our activities. We appreciated that there was no excessive timeshare pressure. The kitchen in our unit was well-equipped, and we enjoyed having the option to cook our own meals. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this resort.
