The property manager, Justin, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our time there. The property itself is beautiful, with well-maintained landscaping and charming palm thatched roofs on the cabanas. Our room was clean and spacious, complete with a kitchen, living room, and a balcony overlooking the pool and grounds. The tropical beach decor was a nice touch, and the modern bathroom was a bonus. We loved using the on-site kayaks to explore the bay and spotting manatees. The availability of beach chairs at both the beach and pool added to our enjoyment. an affordable and delightful experience.

My partner and I recently stayed at a beautiful gem in Islamorada, and we had an excellent time at Matecumbe Resort. The condo we stayed in was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. The fully equipped kitchen was a great feature, allowing us to cook our meals instead of eating out all the time. We also loved the huge balcony and the breathtaking sea view from our upgraded room. The front desk ladies, especially Debbie, were a pleasure to interact with. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, and we enjoyed taking a dip in the heated saltwater pool. The complimentary access to bikes, kayaks, and the boat dock added to our amazing experience. We can't wait to return!

Best aspects of my xmas stay: I loved the ocean view from my room, it was truly breathtaking. The hotel had a nice "beachy" decor which added to the vacation vibe. The one-bedroom layout was cozy and had a well-equipped kitchen, making it feel like a home away from home. The beach area was lovely, with plenty of lounge chairs and it was very well maintained. I also enjoyed the tranquility and affordability of the place.

Worst aspects of my xmas stay: One downside was that the floors were hardwood and easily got dirty from tracking in and out.

The location and view from the King ocean front room were amazing, with a comfortable bed and nice kitchen area. The deck with a four-person table was a great spot to eat, play games, and enjoy the ocean.

The staff was amazing, accommodating our requests and giving great recommendations. The private beach was a huge bonus. The pool was perfect - heated saltwater with no chlorine sting. The location was great, being halfway down the Keys, allowing us to experience both Key West and the local Keys attractions.

I had a last minute trip to the Keys. Booked this place in a hurry. WHAT A GREAT FIND!!! The place is spotless, has great amenities and great staff! I loved being that close to the water. Quiet. Loved the chickees on the beach - so nice! Loved the dock. Staff could not have been kinder. Would definitely come back.
