Oh boy, the food was fantastic! We were enchanted by cozy rooms filled with delightful decor that mirrored the property's charm. Plus, discovering the whiskey and cigar bar added a fun element to our evening!

However, the smoke from the wood-burning fireplaces permeated our room and nearly caused a bit of an asthma scare. We eventually got a room switch, but it still got warm and smoky—which made things challenging.

Howay, man! Our room was canny comfy and clean, right by the outdoor soak pool which felt like a warm hug on a cold day! The staff were dead friendly. Just a shame about the noisy bin lorries waking us up. Wouldn't have missed it for the world!
