I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and close to everything I had planned. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was luxurious with all the amenities I needed, including a smart TV with Netflix and Hulu options. The shower was a huge plus for me and my wife, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt like I was staying at a 5-star hotel with the level of service and comfort provided. I will definitely be staying here every time I come to this city in the future!

The bar had a great atmosphere and even featured a talented musician on Saturday afternoon. The European style breakfast buffet was delicious, with options like prosciutto and melon, and the quiche was a delightful start to our mornings. a wonderful stay.

The location was awesome, so close to Bourbon Street, making this venue ideal for putting on a backpack and spending the day walking around or catching the trolley. The staff was friendly and helpful, available for what seemed like 48 hours straight. The service provided, such as dry cleaning and housekeeping, was top-notch. The room was very comfortable with great amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area were convenient and offered delicious food options. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

This hotel is located in the perfect area for what we had planned in Downtown. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they met every basic amenity we needed. Our room was very comfortable with an outstanding shower and very comfy bed. As Platinum members, we also received complimentary bottled water. Breakfast was included and we were delighted to find croissants from France, which were delicious for the amount paid.
