I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and close to everything I had planned. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was luxurious with all the amenities I needed, including a smart TV with Netflix and Hulu options. The shower was a huge plus for me and my wife, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt like I was staying at a 5-star hotel with the level of service and comfort provided. I will definitely be staying here every time I come to this city in the future!

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and it was excellent just what I needed. The location was awesome, so close to Bourbon Street, making this venue ideal for putting on a backpack and spending the day walking around or catching the trolley. The staff was friendly and helpful, available for what seemed like 48 hours straight. The service provided, such as dry cleaning and housekeeping, was top-notch. The room was very comfortable with great amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area were convenient and offered delicious food options. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were great, including laundry facilities and an ice machine. Additionally, the shop in the foyer came in handy for quick snacks and drinks. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in downtown. The location was absolutely perfect for what I had planned in the city center. I was able to easily explore the surrounding area on foot and everything I wanted to see and do was just a short walk away. The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and made sure that all of my needs were met. They were friendly, helpful, and really went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were well-appointed with all the basic amenities I needed and were kept clean and tidy. I also loved the view from my room, which added an extra element of enjoyment to my stay. In the morning, I was treated to a delicious breakfast with fresh croissants imported from France. All of this, for the price I paid, was exceptional value for money.

I loved the location of this hotel! It was so convenient to everything I wanted to do. Being just a block from the popular Bourbon Street was a major plus for me. The room was clean and everything worked. The hotel also had a nice smell, making it feel fresh and inviting. The staff, especially the housekeeping team, were friendly and maintained their professionalism, despite the challenges of a hurricane. my experience here was amazing and I felt safe during my stay.

The management and front desk could have handled the situation better during the hurricane. There was some misleading information provided about the central air running, but it was not working.
