The view of the ocean from our room at W Bali was absolutely stunning. We could see the waves crashing against the shore and it created a tranquil atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the addition of BOSE speakers in the room allowed us to enjoy our favorite music in high quality. One of the highlights was the bath tub with a sky view - it was a unique and luxurious experience. The bathroom had a great collection of amenities including shampoo, body wash, lotion, soap, mouth wash. The Fire restaurant was excellent, and we also loved the corner restaurant with its direct ocean view and delicious selection of sweets. Lastly, the staff at W Bali went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. They took great care of us and made sure every detail was perfect. Thank you!

The W Bali Seminyak exceeded my expectations. The staff were attentive and the environment was beautiful. The food at The W was amazing, and they went above and beyond to ensure cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The facilities were top-notch, with little extras that made our stay special. The spa even provided a plastic bag for our wet swimwear. they anticipated our needs and provided exceptional service.

Outstanding stay! We were greeted like celebrities upon check-in by the hotel manager and loyalty manager, and even got upgraded to a villa. The villa was roomy and had a perfect temperature pool. The main pools were great for socializing, with a view of the ocean or the pool. The poolside bar, the WooBar, was the perfect place to people watch and enjoy sunset cocktails. The hotel's various restaurants offered a wide range of food options, including healthy choices. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was one of the best I've had at any hotel.

The check-in process was long and frustrating, with staff taking our passports and disappearing with no updates. The loud Rock band playing at the reception was unbearable and shook our room all evening, and we had to be moved to a quieter area.

The pool villa was an absolute oasis of calm for a lazy afternoon in the private pool or reading on the day bed. The outdoor area was charming and lovely. The friendly greeting and welcome fruit in the room were a nice surprise. I had a great stay.

The value for money at W Bali was excellent - the room was spacious and clean with amazing ocean views from the balcony. The staff treated us like royalty, providing prompt room service and always being friendly and helpful.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, with more variety and better quality options.

Great room amenities, including lots of USB plugs. The spa facilities and amenities were fantastic. Well-stocked snack food and non-alcoholic drink spread after services. Gym was great and breakfast choice was huge. Immaculate rooms with amazing views, definitely worth the ocean view upgrade.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Seminyak. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were second to none. The hotel is located right in the middle of Seminyak, surrounded by a lush tropical garden, with direct access to a stunning beach. The staff were attentive, accommodating, and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay.

The room was absolutely stunning, with a spacious layout and a beautiful Balinese bed by the pool. The amenities in the bathroom were excellent and the music system added a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond, especially the hotelier "Don the Boogeyman" who provided exceptional service. The breakfast at Starfish Bloo was delicious and the sunset cocktails at the Woo Bar were a highlight. The main pool had a fantastic view of the ocean. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Seminyak.

The airport transfer was smooth and reassuring. The staff warmly welcomed us, remembered our names, and provided excellent service throughout. The hotel has a trendy and unique design. The ocean-facing room offered breathtaking views and the sounds of the waves, while the pool and beach bar provided a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff were friendly.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met. The manager even went above and beyond by changing our room to better suit our family. The hotel offers excellent customer service and strives to find solutions for all requests.

We felt right at home during our stay and had no complaints at all.

This hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to town via "Grab" taxi. It also has a great location right next to the beach offering amazing drinks and Shisha.

Some guests have mentioned noise from the music in the main pool area.

w bali in seminyak, bali, exceeded my expectations during our overnight stay. the staff, especially mira, were proactive and engaging. the facilities were top-notch, with a clean room and great amenities. the beach view from our room was lovely, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

Breakfast buffet was underwhelming.

Here we had an extraordinary vacation experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel at home. We enjoyed the luxurious amenities and the exclusive spa treatments, particularly the massage and sauna. The outdoor swimming pool and beach access provided relaxation and breathtaking views. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, including a fabulous breakfast in-room, which we indulged in. In addition, the serene garden area and sun terrace were incredibly peaceful and enjoyable.

Although everything was impressive, we had a small issue during our stay. The treatment room was fully booked which prevented us from enjoying a beauty treatment we wanted.
