The staff, including Tonancy, Brad, and April, were extremely helpful and professional, especially considering I was traveling with my 91-year-old Grandma. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, easy, and pleasant.

we had a great stay at the Medallion Inn and Suites! the rooms were spacious, clean, and had beautiful hardwood floors. the beds were comfy and we appreciated the extra value for the price. the staff was professional and kind, making check-in easy. the parking lot was large and well-lit, and the lobby was modern and comfortable with plenty of seating. the location was convenient, near the freeway but surprisingly quiet inside the room. We also loved the new coffee maker in the room and the spacious shower stall. a fantastic stay!

Despite ongoing construction on the first floor, it did not disturb us at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk woman who checked us in late at night. She even came in for a 15-hour shift the next morning and still had a smile on her face. The breakfast, while repetitive after a few days, was always hot and tasty.
