The room lacked ironing facilities, and there was no trouser press available. the paid Wi-Fi in the rooms was a downside for me as I prefer complimentary internet access. the hotel offered room service, which was convenient for quick meals in the room. The housekeeping service was also prompt and efficient in ensuring the room was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the valet parking service, which made it easy to access my car whenever needed. One aspect that stood out was the tours and ticket assistance provided by the hotel staff. They were helpful in recommending and arranging excursions around Las Vegas, adding to the overall experience. the lack of garden furniture or a sitting area in the room was a bit disappointing as I enjoy relaxing outdoors.

Just stayed at a hotel near lots of attractions. ENJOYED the comfy room with a great view. Breakfast was meh but spa and pool were amazing. Would stay again. Photos don't do justice to the leisure facilities.

However, the lack of recycling options for the tubes used in the lazy river was a downside that could be improved upon.

Had a blast during new year festivities, with a beautiful casino at hand and an easy check-in process. The location was ideal, close to Dolby Live and the strip for easy access to entertainment. Additionally, the comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep after a fun-filled day.

Only 2 out of 5 pools were open during my stay, limiting options for relaxation. The staff's decision to close the lazy river early and rent out other pools left guests with limited pool access.

I loved the convenience of being connected to various restaurants and shops, as well as having quick access to the carpark and rideshare services. the lazy river pool was a definite highlight, and the Tap bar offered great value for money with their burger and pint deal.

One small improvement could be offering complimentary fridge usage in the rooms, as paying extra for it felt a bit unnecessary. ensuring better communication with housekeeping for more consistent room cleaning and amenities replenishment would enhance the overall guest experience.

TV issue, slow room service.

The variety of options available catered perfectly to my relaxation and fitness needs, ensuring that I was able to recharge and stay energized during my stay.
