The room was clean and served its purpose, but the comfort level had issues. The shower drain backed up if the water pressure was too high, requiring constant adjustment. The toilet ran intermittently, which disrupted sleep. The hair dryer was outdated and tripped the outlet frequently. Lighting at the vanity was too bright down the center, creating frustrating shadows. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops. no coffee machine and a poor view detracted from the experience. Discomfort was heightened by staff rudeness and delayed resolutions to our concerns.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were really nice. The room had magical views and great bathroom facilities.

Great location, close to the monorail and lots to explore. The pool was a highlight, and the room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. the air quality was a concern; smoke permeated even on the 27th floor, and the parking was needlessly confusing. The staff varied in helpfulness—some friendly, some not so much. Frustrating hidden fees for early check-in and room amenities added to the stress. Long walks to amenities tested our patience. Solid entertainment options made up for some of it, but attention to detail and service could use improvement.

A Perfect Home Base for Exploring Las Vegas Attractions

This hotel is an amazing spot with easy access to everything exciting in Las Vegas, as it's just a few steps from T-Mobile Arena, less than a 10-minute walk to the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden, and surrounded by a ton of great restaurants and casinos like MGM Grand, making it super convenient for a weekend stroll down the lively Strip; the room was spacious and clean with great amenities, but it could use a bit more complimentary toiletries.

The pool area is fantastic with attentive servers bringing drinks. The Starbucks staff are friendly and the location is perfect for events! It’s huge, full of things to do.

But watch out, my room had a funky smell.

The food options were fantastic, but check-in was quite stressful.

The room was far from clean, and we found trash under the bed.

The casino had a solid variety of slot machines. Check-in lines were too long, and the pool closed early.

The room was super modern and clean, making me feel right at home! I loved the view of the strip and mountains—such a breathtaking sight! Late-night bites at the Wolfgang Puck bistro really hit the spot after a fun night out.

there were some areas that could be improved upon. The room lacked ironing facilities, and there was no trouser press available. the paid Wi-Fi in the rooms was a downside for me as I prefer complimentary internet access. the hotel offered room service, which was convenient for quick meals in the room. The housekeeping service was also prompt and efficient in ensuring the room was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the valet parking service, which made it easy to access my car whenever needed. One aspect that stood out was the tours and ticket assistance provided by the hotel staff. They were helpful in recommending and arranging excursions around Las Vegas, adding to the overall experience. the lack of garden furniture or a sitting area in the room was a bit disappointing as I enjoy relaxing outdoors.

Just stayed at a hotel near lots of attractions. ENJOYED the comfy room with a great view. Breakfast was meh but spa and pool were amazing. Would stay again. Photos don't do justice to the leisure facilities.

Nice hotel with solid rooms. Had great amenities like a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. Pool area had a good vibe. Spa facilities were awesome - enjoyed the steam room and massages. Staff was cool, cleaning crew too.
