The variety of options available catered perfectly to my relaxation and fitness needs, ensuring that I was able to recharge and stay energized during my stay.

The rolling marble roulette machine in the casino provided an exciting and unique gambling experience, and the attentive housekeeping service ensured my room was always immaculate. I also appreciated the thoughtful addition of accessible rooms with adapted bathrooms, showing the hotel's commitment to guest comfort and inclusivity.

The casino's slot machines could be a bit tighter, with limited jackpot sightings and smaller payouts.

I always stay at this amazing place in Vegas. On my first visit, the staff guided me to delicious food. Everything I need is here: 24-hour reception, security, and lots of amenities. I'll be back for Christmas!

I felt like I was in a movie with the grand architectural gestures and golden lion sculptures. The Cabana Grill served delicious dishes and the whiskey selection at Whiskey Down was impressive. Pieology was a fun place to design your own pizza.

Terrible customer service, unclean rooms, and lack of amenities such as a closed pool and limited dining options. Reservation requests for connecting rooms were completely ignored, causing inconvenience for families.

We stayed at Mgm Grand for the third time and once again, we were impressed by the friendly staff and spacious rooms. Thanks to a delay at check-in, we even received a complimentary room upgrade and a $100 food voucher, which was a nice touch. The pool area was well-designed and the Grand Tower rooms were conveniently located near the pool and lobby. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to the monorail and other hotels and shops within walking distance.

We were absolutely amazed by the expeditious check-in procedure at this luxury hotel. Despite the long queue of new arrivals, the customer service from the valet parking attendants, bellboy, and registration desk was commendable. The room was clean and the amenities were excellent. We particularly loved the location of this hotel, as it was in a very convenient area for us, close to many other casinos. The floor we stayed on, the Stay well, was fantastic and we highly recommend it. we had a wonderful experience and can't wait to come back and stay at this place again.

The lazy river and pool were a nice feature and provided a refreshing way to relax during my stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, making the overall experience more pleasant. Lastly, the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore and enjoy the surrounding area.

It was small, dark, and claustrophobic, not at all like the photos portrayed. The hallway leading to the room was narrow, dark, and cluttered, giving off a negative first impression.

Comfortable king suite, clean and spacious, well-furnished, enjoyable jacuzzi, nice casino.
