The spacious, modern room had a cute bench and lots of useful amenities. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, and the location was superb for local attractions.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience was frustrating. We had to wait outside for a while without any way to ring the bell. A bit more communication would help.

The pillows were too squishy for my liking, and the AC was all over the place. But, I loved the friendly staff and decent breakfast options. Chur!

All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

Had a five-night stay, and cleanliness stood out—rooms and common areas sparkled! The breakfast offering was impressive, with a great variety. Staff were lovely and accommodating, even allowing us to use the dining area for outside food. The daily housekeeping was a bonus, keeping everything fresh.

The hotel is conveniently near the city of surprise and the amazing surprise stadium, which makes it easy to explore walking paths and enjoy local events during my stay. plus, getting to the tennis complex and library was just a pleasant short stroll away, adding even more charm to my weekend adventure.

Inviting atmosphere, ideal if you're traveling for business alone and craving comfortable amenities like a spacious modern room with a mini fridge and microwave.

Despite the friendly staff and clean rooms, my stay was marred by unexpected housekeeping intrusions and noisy neighbors, which disrupted our relaxation time. The breakfast crew, especially Celia, was a highlight amidst the chaos.

The hotel has a lack of transparency regarding its firearm policy, which is particularly inconvenient in a state where many prioritize their Second Amendment rights!!! Also, the hotel's location feels somewhat isolated with hardly any nearby dining options!!!
