I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Surprise. The value for my money was excellent and the room was top-notch. The location was perfect, right off Bell with easy access to everything, yet it was quiet and peaceful. The staff treated me like royalty, super friendly and helpful at every turn.

The hotel breakfast menu could use a little improvement. The selection was decent, but some items didn't quite hit the mark in terms of quality.

The cinnamon rolls and breakfast were amazing. Jason at the front desk was a fantastic help and let me check in early when my room was ready. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, fast food, and stores like Target and Best Buy. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also offered an early breakfast, which was a nice bonus.
