i had a great stay at microtel! the check-in was smooth, and the staff was super friendly, especially the woman at the counter who made sure we had all the toiletries we needed. the fitness center was a nice bonus too, perfect for my morning workout.

Request to see the room first if you have allergies, as some rooms may have lingering odors.

The breakfast offered a nice selection of items, including fresh fruit and a functional waffle maker, which my kids really enjoyed!

The pool was out of service during my stay, which was disappointing as the kids were looking forward to swimming.

The staff were just amazing! Ja, no, Robyn and the morning chommie were super friendly and genuinely interested in my grandkids’ fun. Plus, the brekkie was a lekker spread every morning! We got clean towels daily and had the most chill stay. Felt safe and at home, you know?

Only thing was the TV positioning was a bit awkward. couldn’t see it straight from the bed.

Only one reading light near the bed!!! Noise from a rude biker group at night can easily disturb your sleep!!! A microwave would truly enhance the room experience!!! Some lights in the room were out!!!

The service from Robyn and another staff member was exceptional, showing genuine interest in our needs. I appreciated the ability to remain in the same room after extension requests. The price was super affordable, and the staff were really friendly! They had a decent breakfast with a nice selection. I loved how the lady at the front desk remembered my coffee order. The only bummer was the fridge making this weird noise like it was haunted, lol. But it didn’t ruin my stay!

I was greeted every day by cheerful front desk staff, especially Robyn she made me feel welcomed right away. The breakfast was better than I expected, with those make-your-own waffles that my kids loved, and the coffee was always hot and ready.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but still worth it for what we got during our stay.

This was just a decent option for a weekend breather in Springfield with very good value for money. I did appreciate the staff's quick response when we had an issue with the toilet. they arranged for a new room without much hassle. Try to check the room first if you have any allergies since there can be lingering odors.
