The cleanliness could definitely use some attention!!! Also, the single operational elevator was frustratingly inefficient and created unnecessary delays!!!

Great location near plenty of chain restaurants. It was also a short drive to New River Gorge National Park. The room was clean and recently updated, featuring a full-sized walk-in shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast offered good coffee, juices, waffles, eggs, and yogurt. Excellent water pressure in the shower!

The room was pretty clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Getting to the hotel was a bit challenging due to ongoing renovations.

my stay at microtel was definitley something else, I was greeted with dirty towels, which was charming. Outdated breakfast options as well, how quaint! Also, as a guest, I expected a special discount for all this hassle, but apparently, being treated like a regular guest is all I get. almost thought about a good review but just couldn’t.

Request a room away from the elevator for less noise, and double-check amenities like the coffee maker upon arrival.

what an experience! I woudl ve been thrilled by a hair dryer or coffee pot in the room, but alas, just a cup of coffee was waiting. disheveled sheets with stains were a real treat too. also, needing to go to the front desk for towels felt like a fun scavenger hunt! almost a good review, but just couldn’t.

This place suits me perfectly! With amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and an indoor pool, it has everything I need. The staff even helped with my heavy baggage on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

Plenty of food options nearby, and the staff consistently delivered attentive service. A bit disappointed with cleanliness this time. I found some debris left on the floor. The overall vibe is welcoming, but improvements could be made with housekeeping to ensure every room feels fresh.

The room had solid shower pressure, strong WiFi, and new decor. I loved the comfy window seating where I could relax and enjoy the view.

Felt extremely safe, no reason to complain.

This place was just a prime choice for a hurried visit in Beckley with high value for money. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room comfortably cool after a long day on the road. Try to ask for a room on a lower floor if you're not a fan of delays with the elevator.

Hot tub was broken but the breakfast was exceptional and the pool facilities were enjoyable
