I recently stayed at Microtel Inn & Suites in Albertville for a couple of nights and had a fantastic experience. The front desk clerk, Beth, was incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome. The housekeepers did an excellent job, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I slept better than I do at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, and the hotel itself was clean and spotless. I even witnessed a staff member cleaning up a spill late at night. As someone who travels regularly, this was one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Guntersville. The room was clean, bright, and open, providing a safe and relaxed atmosphere. The location was secluded, quiet, and conveniently close to Sand Mountain Park. We were impressed with the accommodating staff who dealt with a large group of kids during a basketball tournament. The hotel facilities, including the 24/7 coffee availability and the off to the side area with a grill, were excellent. Additionally, we appreciated the free breakfast provided every day, ensuring a clean and great start to our mornings.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check out later. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was secluded and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The availability of a grill and easy access to the outdoors was great for our dogs. a safe and inviting place to rest.

Convenient handicap parking with understanding staff. Decent breakfast but lacking bacon. Room needs a small lamp on the nightstand for better relaxation. Bright overhead lights for reading. Unfortunately, no availability for the next three nights.

I recently stayed at the Microtel in Albertville for a couple of nights while visiting family. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always asking if we needed anything. The location was convenient, being centrally located between Boaz and Guntersville. The lobby and eating area were kept exceptionally clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a nice window seat, pull-out couch, and a comfortable queen bed. The breakfast had a good variety, including biscuits and gravy. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nothing not to like.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was situated in a quiet and secluded area. I really enjoyed being able to walk my dog with ease, thanks to the nearby field. Additionally, the room itself was clean, bright, and open, which made for a comfortable stay. The fact that there was a little area with a grill on the bottom floor was also a nice touch.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. Firstly, the bath tub seemed to have a drainage issue and was slow to drain.

I had a wonderful stay at Microtel in Albertville. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The rooms were spotless and the location was convenient. The hotel truly provided great value for the price.
