my stay at holiday inn express exceeded my expectations during my recent trip to pigeon forge. the spacious room layout with separate areas for the kids was a game-changer, and the breakfast had plenty of choices to fuel our busy days. everything was very clean and comfortable, making it a great place to celebrate with family.

the air conditioner was quite loud.

The hotel was conveniently located for our cheer competition, making it easy for us to get to the convention center. The room layout was perfect for our needs, as the separation between the beds provided privacy and space for the girls to get ready. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, and breakfast every morning was solid, ensuring we started the day right. Overall, this stay met our expectations and we will return for future competitions.

Issues arose with room comfort, as an ice machine was out of order, necessitating inconvenient trips to different floors for ice.

The chemical smell upon arrival was overwhelming!!! Also, the parking situation is a nightmare—only two handicap spots available!!! And the intermittent odors in my room were quite distracting!!! Improvements needed in maintaining cleanliness and odor control!!!
