The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the hot food options.

My recent stay at Microtel was exceptional. From the moment I checked in, the desk clerk Taylor went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Despite being in her fourth shift, she handled the evening check-ins with grace and good spirits. I had requested two rooms together for my 95-year-old mother and myself. Although we were initially placed on different floors, Taylor worked her magic and not only got us on the same floor but also arranged for adjoining rooms with interior doors. It was the perfect arrangement for us.
