The Holiday Inn in Salinas exceeded my expectations with its spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and helpful staff. The lobby was nice, and the breakfast offered a variety of options. The location was convenient, with a shopping center nearby and an In-N-Out adjacent to the hotel.

Unpleasant odor in the room, subpar breakfast due to renovations, and extremely slow response to a clogged toilet. the staff was not very friendly towards us, which made us feel unwelcome.

We had a fantastic stay in a superb location. The hotel is situated in one of the best areas for a leisurely stroll, with lovely views of the surrounding area. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. The staff were outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of options to choose from.

The noisy guests in the hallway, but this was not the hotel's fault.

The location of this hotel is super-convenient, with easy access to the 101 and panoramic views of the local agriculture. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the breakfast far exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job. I loved the pancake making machine and the mini kitchen in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was recently renovated and very spacious, with a large bathroom that had Dove shampoo and lotion provided. We loved the convenient cabinet in the hallway with a fridge and microwave, as well as the shelf at the door entrance. The blackout shades inside the window frame were a great idea, ensuring no light came in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the addition of a chase lounge was a nice touch. All the furniture being against one wall maximized the space and functionality of the room. The staff was extremely helpful and provided great customer service. The hotel was located in a safe neighborhood, perfect for taking a walk from the lobby and breakfast area. the cleanliness, spaciousness, helpful staff, and great location made our stay enjoyable.

We stayed at this hotel and it was great! The location is amazing! We were able to take a walk in the best neighborhoods in the area and enjoy the beautiful views of the local agriculture. The service was on point as well! The room was well-maintained, and we had everything we needed from heating, air conditioning, tea, coffee facilities. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was far better than expected.

For the price I paid, the value was exceptional. The room was comfortable, and the location was convenient for my needs. The staff was friendly and went the extra mile to accommodate my request for a knife.

The only improvement I would suggest is expanding the breakfast menu to include more coffee options.
