the service at terra nova was nearly inexcusable. my room was not cleaned until 6 p.m. on three occasions, can you believe that? and, they woefully rationed bath gel, because who wouldn’t want to constantly request more? moreover, with such a premium price, an expected complimentary drink would’ve been the least they could offer. defintley not impressed!

Wi-Fi was spotty. Enjoyed the free welcome drink and spacious suite with a flat-screen TV.

Loved my stay! The Regency's decor is charming, and the staff's warmth made every moment enjoyable. Great food and a cozy atmosphere! 🍽️🌟

I absolutely love the variety of breakfast options with local favorites like Ackee & Saltfish, fresh fruits, and that incredible Blue Mountain Coffee. The pool area is stunning and perfect for relaxing, and the staff is super friendly and attentive.

There was a slight delay in the room change process during check-in.

We had a family reunion and the service was just exceptional. Even got towels by the pool without asking and my iPad was returned before I could even notice it was gone.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what you get, it was still alright.

The breakfast was wicked good! I had fresh fruits, Ackee & Saltfish, and Blue Mountain Coffee—best start to the day, no question. The staff was super attentive, too. they really made you feel at home. Just wish the parking wasn't such a hassle during busy times. The outdoor pool area was real nice for unwinding.

Enjoying a refreshing dip in the pool was the perfect way to unwind after exploring Kingston. Make sure to indulge in the delicious appleton rum at the bar, it’s a treat you won't want to miss!

This place suits me perfectly. It offers free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a lovely outdoor pool. On my first stay, the staff even helped with currency recommendations, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend making a reservation for the fantastic meals served here. I'm definitely coming back for a city trip!

However, trying to get a drink felt like playing hide and seek with the bar staff! Worth mentioning, the room carpet could use a chat about its vintage status.
