The front desk was quite helpful, sorting out our reservation like a pro! The room was clean and stocked with the essentials. Overall, it was a comfy spot for our little getaway.

On the downside, one staff member acted like my question was a personal insult. Guess she didn’t realize her eye roll wasn't in the job description!

Elevator needs cleaning. nearby dining is convenient.

The treadmill in the fitness area had no electrical cord!!! The refrigerator in the room was non-functional. Stained towels are a definite no!!!

The cleanliness was inconsistent, with some hairs on the sheets and a not-so-great view from the room. However, the staff's friendliness stood out during my late-night check-in and addressing room issues promptly.

The king suite offered a cozy lounge area plus well-placed USB ports and outlets! Breakfast was plentiful, featuring waffles, eggs, and more, all served in a pleasant setting.

Though staff was mostly friendly, I encountered a rude employee during my stay! The intermittent street noise was also a bit distracting later at night.

Walked in, and first thing I noticed was the friendly fella at the desk, just as nice as could be. Room was decent enough, had a fridge and microwave which came in handy, but that shower coulda used a good scrub. Good spot for catchin’ some Zs after a long drive. Just wish they paid more mind to cleaning.

absolutely horrendous experience! the non-smoking room stank of smoke, which was a charming touch, right? i also spotted live bugs on my desk area—fabulous! and to top it off, a complimentary upgrade was, of course, too much to ask. after such a delightful stay, i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Clean room and heaps comfy beds, but the Wi-Fi was super slow and the shower head kept falling off. Chur to the friendly staff, though!

We spent sunny days relaxing on the beach and boating in the water. The room was clean, and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a waffle station and great variety. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be spotty, so keep that in mind.

One downside was that the GPS directions to get here were confusing, so make sure you have a good map handy. It's tricky to find without it!

I stayed here for a night and honestly, it wasn't too bad. The check-in was slow, yeah, but once I got to my room, it had a nice fridge and microwave, which was handy. It was just a proper fit for a couple of nights in Macon with outstanding value. The staff was super nice and tried hard to help me with a room despite being busy. Just a heads up, the breakfast could be better organized since they seemed overwhelmed.

Breakfast had quick items, which was a nice touch. I appreciate a good breakfast, especially after staying up late working on art history projects. Overall, my experience was good, and I felt relaxed.
