our recent stay in penn yan was a relaxing break, and microtel exceeded our expectations. the staff was wonderful, providing helpful knowledge about the town. the centrally located hotel was clean with plenty of amenities, and the cookies in the lobby were a nice treat.

We had a delightful stay at Microtel in Penn Yan for three nights. Denise and Angela at the front desk provided excellent and friendly service, addressing all of our requests. Despite being a pet-friendly hotel, it was spotlessly clean and didn't have any unpleasant smells. The location was perfect, with nearby shops and a charming town. The complimentary breakfast had a decent selection, and we appreciated the availability of coffee and tea all day. a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! It's right in the center of town, which made it super easy to walk to downtown restaurants and enjoy the local cuisine. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping always going above and beyond. The amenities were also amazing, especially the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. Plus, we loved the indoor swimming pool and barbeque grills for some leisurely fun!

We got free parking and cookies during our stay which was nice. The location was great, close to restaurants and attractions. Plus, we enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool during our Christmas vacation.

Our room was not up to par. We found a hair in the bathroom and the carpets looked and smelled dirty.
