Check-in was warm and quick, and the pool views from my balcony were stunning. I cherished early morning swims, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Enjoyed soothing acoustic music, enhancing relaxation. The hot springs offered various temperatures, each providing a healing experience. Staff were accommodating, making my stay enjoyable.

The mineral pools were an oasis of relaxation. With stunning mountain views and 24/7 access, I loved soaking until late at night. The atmosphere was vibrant and social, perfect for unwinding with friends.

However, our room felt too worn down, needing a serious update. We encountered some noise issues from nearby pools late at night, which interrupted our sleep. A few staff members were overwhelmed, but it was manageable.

One downside was the shower. it took a long time to get hot, and the water was often too hot. Not ideal for a quick refresh after the pools.

Loved the relaxing pools and the awesome healing experience with Hiram. The room was spacious and clean, and I especially enjoyed the well-executed meals at the restaurant. Overall, a fun, retro vibe that takes you back in time!

But seriously, the late-night pool parties felt like a toddler’s birthday bash gone rogue. And if I hear one more glass bottle clink, I might just take up interpretive dance!

However, the carpets throughout the property showed signs of wear, and the tub in my bathroom struggled to drain properly. While the restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, the stale room air left something to be desired.

The pools are warm and a great spot to unwind under palm trees. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly! Parking's tight but it's manageable. Great vibes overall!

the mineral pools are so chill and relaxin, loved bein able to soak all night. staff were super nice and helpful, especially this one lady, silvia, she gave us great recs for food. we ordered dinner and it was yummy. The view from our room was awesome. kinda charming how the place is older but clean, felt cozy.

the carpets are a bit worn and could use some serious update, and sometimes the showers were tricky with hot and cold water.
