My stay at Aloft was pretty great. The staff members were professional and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The facility and rooms were clean, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience. I also enjoyed the convenient location, close to the subway. Despite some minor issues, it is an 'okay' hotel. I would recommend Aloft for an overnight stay.

I slept well and was able to get my work done efficiently. The breakfast, although not exactly as pictured, was still good and healthy. the staff and cleanliness of the hotel made my stay enjoyable.

the room at this place was spacious, with a king size bed and plenty of room to move around. It was a refreshing change from the typical small hotel rooms you find in NYC. the walls and floors were thick, ensuring a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. the location couldn't have been better, as it was in a neighborhood we used to live in for over 13 years. There were numerous restaurants and bars on Freddy D Blvd, offering plenty of options for dining and entertainment. Getting around the city was a breeze, with the 125th street station nearby, where you could easily catch an express train or hail a cab. I slept well during my stay and was able to complete my work in between meetings. the staff members were friendly and always ready to help. the breakfast provided was good, although it took a little longer than expected and didn't exactly match the pictures. Nonetheless, it kept me satisfied until lunchtime and was a healthy option. this hotel offered a comfortable stay in a vibrant neighborhood, making it a great choice for travelers looking to experience the local side of New York City.

During our stay at Aloft Harlem, my husband and I were grateful to find a hotel so conveniently situated near our son's cancer treatment facility and various dining options. The staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel safe and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. We were also delighted by the hotel's hipster vibe, allowing us to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harlem without feeling overwhelmed. Plus, the proximity to the Apollo Theater and the abundance of restaurants and cafes along Frederick Douglas Blvd made it easy for us to explore and have a great time.
