The staff was attentive, and the breakfast had plenty of healthy options! Late checkout at 1 PM allowed for a relaxed morning post-concert.

The room design lacked sufficient surfaces for personal items, and the shower flooded the bathroom floor during use! Plus, parking was somewhat tight.

The room was very clean, and I appreciated the great hot shower. The lobby was inviting, and I loved the outdoor seating—it felt perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Unfortunately, the noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive, especially late at night. Additionally, my breakfast experience was underwhelming with few options available, which left me wanting more variety.

The breakfast experience was particularly disheartening. being publicly confronted about a service dog in a loud manner was mortifying, and the lack of an apology from the staff member post-incident left a sour taste. Lastly, I found some details like the bed being too high for those with mobility issues to be an oversight, impacting the stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast had a delightful variety, including fresh fruit, which really made our mornings special. The complimentary wi-fi was a big plus too!

tru by hilton was a great spot! the outside was beautifully maintained, and the lobby felt clean and inviting. the staff during check-in were friendly and professional, which really set a positive tone for our stay. we also loved that it was close to everything we wanted to explore.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was comfy and a good size for a couple. The decor was simple but nice, and the bathroom had solid water pressure. Loved that the beds were super plush! The only downside was that the room felt a bit cramped with all our luggage. But the hot shower? Perfect way to start the day! Plus, the lobby felt inviting, which was a nice touch after a long drive.
