I recently stayed at a hotel that I absolutely loved! This place is located in a quirky little neighborhood with a nice stretch of restaurants nearby. I loved the fact that it had a restaurant and rooftop bar where I could sit back, relax, and enjoy the views. The service was amazing - they provided great room service that included laundry and dry cleaning services. The staff was welcoming and even offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The room itself was stocked with all the amenities I could ever need, including a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and tea and coffee-making facilities.

As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the hotel's convenient location and proximity to the Pageant. The staff was always friendly, and the midday complimentary cocktail was a nice touch. The lunar-themed decor, from the lobby to the room, added a unique and charming atmosphere. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The Rooftop Terrace Bar was a highlight, with great ambiance and service. This is definitely my favorite hotel and I would gladly stay here again.

While the overall experience was great, the furniture and rooms could use a little updating to match the style of the hotel lobby. Additionally, the walls were not soundproof, which made it easy to hear conversations and noises from neighboring rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located in The Loop, and the room is comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the Rooftop Terrace Bar is a unique and enjoyable feature.

The standout feature of our stay, however, was the exceptional service from the friendly and attentive staff. From the bartenders to the valet, everyone worked together to ensure we had a great experience. It's evident that this hotel is very well managed.

One small drawback was the noise from the rooftop bar and the nearby Pageant venue. It was quite loud until around 1:30 in the morning, which made it challenging to sleep.

As a group of friends, we loved the vibrant rooftop garden and the cozy, modern rooms. The staff was amazing, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. However, the front desk staff was quick to rectify the situation by giving us a quieter room and even provided a breakfast voucher. The service they provided to address the issue was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for a special occasion or romantic getaway.
