Text: Who knew there could be a cozy place nestled away from the hustle and bustle? I got my dose of hiking surrounded by stunning beauty. And let's not forget the memorable buffet breakfast that kept me fueled for the day. Only downside? That delightful spider surprise in my room!

During my recent stay at Aurora Denali Lodge, I had a pleasant surprise. The hotel provided a complimentary continental breakfast that turned out to be a full breakfast buffet! The food was freshly cooked with real eggs and homemade pancakes, a true treat to start the day. Additionally, the little fan in the room for white noise helped me sleep great.

One minor drawback was the lack of a hair dryer in the room. However, the hotel had one available upon request.

Great location near Denali National Park and open all year. the staff was friendly and provided helpful advice. the rooms were clean and recently renovated. the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. the hotel offered amenities like TV with a good selection of shows and fast internet. the parking was ample and the hotel was peaceful and quiet. There was a nearby restaurant and grocery store, making it convenient for meals. It took about 15 minutes to reach the park entrance.

Limited dining options in the area during the evening hours. It would have been great if there were more choices for dinner.

We loved the clean and comfortable rooms, especially the warm and cozy atmosphere in the -35 degree weather. The staff were incredibly helpful, and we even booked an ATV tour through them. The views were absolutely stunning, and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Can't wait to come back in the summer months!

Private yet central location off of the Parks Highway: The hotel's location was perfect for me. It felt like being tucked away in a hidden oasis, but still within reach of all the attractions and activities. It was like having the best of both worlds!

Surprise spider encounter: The only negative experience I had during my stay was when a big spider surprised me while I was grabbing a book from the coffee table. It caught me off guard, but thankfully, it was the only "wildlife" I encountered.

Checking in and out was a breeze, and the breakfast bowls were a nice surprise. The room was clean and comfortable, and the lodge had plenty of parking. We booked this hotel as a last-minute stay near Denali Park and were happy to find it available. The staff were friendly and the room was a good size, though the bathroom was quite small. We were in the annex building, but the internet coverage was good. The hotel was well signposted from the road and had easy parking. The room was clean and the cleaning staff kept it that way. The breakfast offerings were good and the breakfast itself was hot and fresh. the accommodations were nice and the staff was friendly.
