We were blown away by the breathtaking views of Parliament Hill from our room. The public spaces and amenities were simply spectacular.

The only downside was the extra charge for wifi, but apart from that, we felt very well looked after, with no complaints at all.

We got great value for our money with a double-sized room that was pretty fantastic. The location was unbeatable, right by all the restaurants, shopping, park, and river. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Arriving at the hotel, I was instantly impressed by the attention to detail and the ambiance. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One standout feature was the comfortable room and bed. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was walking distance to various attractions including museums, art galleries, waterfront. This made it extremely convenient and saved me a lot of time.

There were a few disappointing aspects. the valet parking was quite expensive compared to other hotels I've stayed at.

The hotel itself is beautiful and steeped in history.

We had a fantastic Easter getaway! the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring all the attractions in the city. We were able to easily walk to the popular shopping mall and the vibrant ByWard Market. the luxurious setting and opulent decor of the hotel made us feel like royalty.

While our overall experience was great, we did encounter a few minor drawbacks. the in-room dining service could use some improvement.
