The staff was really cool, upgrading us to a double room for the price of a single one because it was available. The rooms were cozy yet stylish, with excellent insulation from the New York noise and chilly weather, perfect for a February stay. The only downside was coming back late from a show on a Monday and finding limited food options other than pizza at the hotel or nearby, but didn't really affect our overall great experience. 🌃

The location is DOPE - we were close to all the NYC hotspots and the vibe of the hotel was off the charts. We grabbed free drinks at the happy hours and had a blast at the DJ sets. Plus, we even joined a flower crown class which was hilarious and Instagram-worthy. This place is a treasure trove for young adventurers!

If there's one thing that could make our stay even more fire, it would be if they had more comedy shows or events for late-night fun.

My recent stay at this hotel in Chelsea district was absolutely delightful. the staff, except for one receptionist on the night shift, was exceptionally friendly and provided outstanding customer service throughout my visit. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a lovely ambiance, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Although breakfast was not included, the special diet menus available with low saturated fat options made ordering a breeze. the location is fantastic, being within walking distance of popular attractions like Times Square and the Empire State Building.

While my overall experience at this hotel was fantastic, there were a couple of things that could be improved upon. the limited availability of elevators during rush hours could sometimes result in long wait times.

Customer service could be improved.

the moxy was super clean and close to all the subway stations. the coffee shop downstairs has great local insights. they have butler service and the staff is incredibly accommodating.

Oh my word, you guys, i made the best decision staying here! 😍💃🏼 the view of chelsea from the room was absolutely incredible! all the service was top notch, but the breakfast situation was a bit hectic. Oh well, still worth it! 🙌

The Moxy offers a great view, awesome location, and super clean rooms with comfortable beds. the funky room design adds to the charm, especially at night with the beautiful street lights.

Slight cleanliness issues in the shower. No complaints otherwise.
