The location was fantastic, only a six-minute stroll to the Fox Theater. I loved the complimentary drinks at check-in and the cozy feel of the lobby. Plus, friendly staff made it feel welcoming.

Though inviting, the area can feel unsafe at night. Noise from the streets was bothersome, even on higher floors, and parking options were limited. Bill discrepancies added frustration as well.

Check out the rooftop patio for a unique view of the area. it's an excellent spot for unwinding after a day of exploring.

I had the displeasure of staying in a room with zero hot tub which I could’ve sworn was promised, and don't even get me started on the lack of basic toiletries like a toothbrush, how quaint! I expected some compensation for my 'upgraded' room with a Bay view that had a wonderful view of the lovely Oakland hills instead. I just couldn’t give this a good review.

I enjoyed the chic atmosphere and clean design of my room, which featured a comfortable bed. However, I was disappointed to find the amenities lacking, as there was no minibar and the shower only provided cold water. Great for a solo traveler looking for modern vibes, but improvements in room amenities and service would enhance the experience.

The creative decor and bar check-in were highlights, but the room’s lack of storage and small sink were drawbacks. Friendly staff, especially Alex, made our stay memorable despite minor issues with amenities.

So, I checked in expecting cleaning services that weren't laid out at check-in!!! A little heads up would have been nice!!! Transparent pricing is essential. my 'bay view' room was a joke!!! Perhaps offer senior deals for those who have lived long enough to appreciate them!!!

Check-in was smooth with a welcoming lobby vibe. The staff was friendly, and the room had a spacious bathroom. For a solo traveler, the comfortable bed made for a pleasant night. The location is also a quick three-minute walk to the Fox Theater, which adds to the convenience.
