Very clean and cozy atmosphere.

I faced issues during check-in when the staff struggled to find my reservation, which was frustrating, especially after a long journey. Even after showing proof of payment, the wait for a manager took longer than expected, adding unnecessary stress. Additionally, I found the housekeeping service lacked in frequency. with an extended stay policy of every four days, it felt insufficient for a comfortable experience.

During my stay, the lack of housekeeping felt odd, but the space was clean and there was a well-stocked kitchenette. Parking was a challenge with non-handicap vehicles taking spots, which was frustrating.

Ja, no, the check-in was sharp-sharp and the staff were just so lekker! Felt like home, especially with the quiet atmosphere. The room was decent enough, and having a decent kitchen was such a bonus. Really appreciate the friendly people here, such a nice touch.

My stay was marred by rustling bed bugs and unhelpful staff. Clearly, standards have plummeted since the last time I stayed. I expected a complimentary upgrade for my trouble, but apparently, that’s only for very special guests. I was tempted to give a glowing review, but how could I when the service was just so inadequate? Disgraceful.

Wicked clean room with a full fridge and stove! Came in late after the Steeler game, just crashed for a few hours, but was so surprised by the amenities. Wish I had more time to enjoy it. Really cozy vibes. Perfect spot for our quick stop.

Braw place! The kitchenette was a right bonus, well-stocked and clean. Only downside was the dodgy lighting in the parking area at night—could use some improvement. Overall, a pleasant stay! Would come back, no doubt.

I had a last-minute stay at My Place Hotel-Pittsburgh North/Monaca and was pleasantly surprised! The customer service was excellent and the hotel was very clean and cozy. I was concerned due to the presence of long-term labor workers, but it felt very quiet and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again if needed.

Not a bad spot, but the thin walls made for a noisy night. On the upside, the room was clean and I loved the full-sized fridge! Sweet as!

the outdoor picnic areas are a great touch for relaxing and enjoying the weather. the only downside is limited staffing during late hours, which could delay service.

Great free wi-fi and spacious laundry room. Reception was occasionally unstaffed, though.
