I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and wanted to make sure I mention the amazing experience I had at the Bistro Bar. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the egg white frittata and the fries. The staff, particularly Obed, went above and beyond to assist me with cutting a watermelon when I didn't have a knife. The customer service was outstanding, and I highly recommend dining at this restaurant. The front desk staff was also friendly and made me feel welcome.

I requested feather-free pillows multiple times, but they were not provided. Additionally, the breakfast that I paid for in advance was inedible.

There were a couple of negative aspects that affected our experience. the on-site restaurant's service was disappointing, as it struggled to handle larger parties and the quality of the food was mediocre.

The hotel's location was quite convenient for attending a Water Polo tournament nearby and there were several enjoyable restaurants just a short walk away. Plus, it was a quick drive to the football stadium. Our room had a lovely view and the bathroom was clean and functional. The helpful staff made our stay all the more pleasant.

The walls were quite thin and we could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to relax.
