Perfect staff and location, good amenities, but could use a deep clean in hallways and white surfaces in rooms. Good water pressure, big shower head, spacious bathroom. Quick elevators, great location. Very clean room, perfect for our needs, with amazing balcony. Helpful and kind staff, especially MarÍa Lazalde who went the extra mile to make guests feel welcomed. Mayela also very helpful. Thank you to all staff for a special stay.

The breakfast at Nh Collection Mexico City Reforma was amazing! They had a wide selection of delicious options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the variety of dishes available. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great as it was centrally located but in a quiet area, allowing us to explore the city while still having a peaceful place to return to. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable stay.

The hotel staff was amazing and hospitable, offering excellent service. The breakfast spread was fantastic with a great variety of options. The location was ideal, being close to the Angel of Independence and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and shops. The large clean rooms were a plus, and having the handshake bar downstairs was convenient.
