Spacious room but lacked kitchen utensils.

I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. my room was spotless and cozy. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially when I requested a late check-in. Plus, the proximity to Voodoo Donuts was a delightful bonus for satisfying my sweet tooth!

Now, about the kitchenette, it had not a single utensil or pan! And breakfast? Forget the overpriced ‘breakfast in bed’ option. there was no typical breakfast included, which was frustrating. Oh, and the $100 incidental fee—good luck getting that back in a timely manner!

Good location and easy access to routes out of the city. Close to chain restaurants and the Vancouver Mall. The room was large with a comfortable setup. I appreciated the guest laundry facilities. Check-in was friendly and straightforward.

I loved how comfy the Queen room was. it even had a great setup for relaxing with a good book after a long day. The lounge area was a nice escape, and it was easy to unwind by watching TV.
