We had an absolutely delightful stay at the River Inn! The attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Our room was beautifully decorated and the linens were lovely. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary fruit plate, a lovely gesture. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions with a smile. The morning delivery of baked goods and coffee was a delicious treat to start the day. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to numerous restaurants. we highly recommend this hotel for its charming ambiance, excellent service, and convenient location.

I had a great stay at this venue. The location right on the riverfront is ideal for some lovely walks. The staff, from reception to the porter, were friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. My room was equipped with all amenities, including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The spa center was such a relaxing place, and the staff there provided excellent massage and spa treatments. I loved the picnic area and tables on the property, and breakfast was delicious at the onsite restaurant.

We loved the location of the hotel, right by the river and within walking distance to downtown. It was great being able to explore the restaurants and bars in town and also visit the nearby market. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and beautiful rooms. Another highlight was the breakfast deliveries from the bakery, the food was wonderful. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and made us feel like we mattered.

Housekeeping and turndown service were impeccable. Balcony rooms offered stunning views of the river, gardens, and wildlife. Nice amenities, including umbrellas and a variety of teas.

Lack of soundproofing in the rooms, making it easy to hear noisy neighbors. Lack of communication about hotel amenities and events, such as a daily schedule and evening wine reception.

The room we stayed in at Napa River Inn was simply beautiful! The decor was tasteful and the ambiance was cozy. We loved the comfortable bed and the attention to detail in the room. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town and freeway. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buns that were served in the morning. our stay at Napa River Inn was pure comfort and the service was fabulous.

Despite these positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks. the town of Napa seemed to be more focused on liquor rather than a good mix of shopping and wine tasting, which didn't add to the inn's appeal.
