The staff was accommodating when my husband broke his leg. They arranged for us to have a room near the elevator and loaned crutches for our use. The attention during this difficult time made our experience much easier. I am grateful for their support.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of consideration from housekeeping. Despite putting a do not disturb sign on my door, they began knocking loudly at 8:30 am, disrupting my much-needed sleep after a long night with family. Additionally, the room had an odd layout with no closet to hang clothes, which made my stay feel less comfortable.

Conveniently close to museums and grocery stores, this place made our 3-night stay delightful. The staff were accommodating, and the breakfast—especially the waffles—was a hit! The cleanliness was impressive, and extending our stay was a breeze. I highly recommend it!

The pool received rave reviews from my family, and despite the large crowd due to a nearby event, noise was hardly a concern thanks to the hotel's sound insulation. Breakfast, however, left much to be desired with subpar offerings such as warm yogurt and aging hard-boiled eggs.

It was just a strong match for a passing visit in Belton and offered good value for money. The room was very nice and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. Try to avoid breakfast during busy times to find a seat more easily.
