We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to the convention center and beautiful views of the city. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the convenience of having excellent dining options nearby, as well as the Starbucks onsite. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, ensuring that we had a great time during our stay. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the well-kept room. this hotel exceeded our expectations.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Warehouse Arts District for a family trip and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly courteous and made us feel safe throughout our stay. Despite a small hiccup with our room, the hotel went above and beyond to make it right. We were given a free night at another nearby property, along with several credits and upgrades. The location was perfect, right across from the mall and convention center, and just a short walk to the street car and casino. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plush bedding and all amenities in working order. And to top it off, having a real Starbucks in the lobby was a huge bonus!

It was conveniently located near the convention center, making it easy for me to attend the conference I was in town for. Additionally, the hotel was in a quieter area, away from the crowded business district, which I appreciated.

One downside of this hotel was the lack of parking options. I was surprised to find out that the only parking available was valet parking, which added some stress, especially since I had young kids with me.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good amenities, like a restaurant that serves a decent breakfast. The friendly staff make a great impression, with prompt and professional service.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the two free facts offered at the hotel. the location was also a key factor for us, as it was conveniently situated near the convention center and within walking distance of attractions such as Harrahs casino and the French Quarter. Another advantage we enjoyed was the attentive staff, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay.

One aspect we disliked was the fact that we had to pay for everything, even bottled water in our room. We felt that amenities like water should be provided for free.
