North Beach Hotel's prime location just a block from the beach is fantastic. Staff members, especially Alexandra, were genuinely helpful and accommodating, assisting with luggage and transportation. The grounds were well-kept, although amenities could be improved. a pleasant stay thanks to the welcoming service.

I had a fantastic time wandering around, as the hotel is just a quick walk to the beach, with Central Beach only about 200 meters away, and many restaurants like the Wine Garden and Vegan Bruder located less than a 5-minute stroll from my room;

The room was infested with ants, the AC sounded like a plane was taking off, and there were no blackout curtains—just bright lights all night. We didn't sleep at all and felt completely trapped!

Great location, just a block from the beach. Loved the restaurant nearby. Awesome pools and hot tubs, kept clean. Staff was super helpful, especially Valerie at the desk. The room had a small kitchenette but needed more kitchenware. No heat or extra blankets, but there was a tiny heater. The hot tub was nice but loud at night.

Fantastic location, just a quick stroll to the beach! Loved the four pools—had one all to myself, which was a real treat. Arnold at check-in was the star, making everything smooth and fun, especially when we had to switch rooms due to a toilet issue. The beds were comfy and my suite flooded with natural light. But, there were concerns; some furniture was broken, and housekeeping fell short—ask multiple times for simple things like emptying trash. Late-night hot tub hours felt too early, while check-in could use better training. Definitely a memorable stay with room for improvement!

Despite some minor inconveniences such as noisy guests and limited privacy in the room, the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions and restaurants. The pool and hot tub areas provided a cool hangout spot, offering a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

One thing I really appreciated was the daily maid service - coming back to a clean room each day was a nice touch. The friendly staff also stood out, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests we had. On the downside, the room we were initially given had a faulty air conditioning unit that made the nights quite stuffy. We also encountered some issues with the shower control knob being broken, which unfortunately couldn't be fixed promptly. The room itself showed signs of wear and tear, with chipping paint and some maintenance issues that needed attention. Despite these setbacks, the property had some redeeming qualities. The heated pools were a great feature, and the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful in trying to accommodate our needs, even though the overall service experience was a bit inconsistent. The lack of replenished toiletries and some maintenance issues in the room were notable downsides, but the overall value for the price point was reasonable. Would I stay here again? Probably not, but it wasn't a wholly unpleasant experience either.

The bedroom had a comfortable king bed, but the noise from the adjacent hot tub was disruptive during the night. Bathrooms felt outdated, with small showers that lacked hot water. The room was clean, but a few hairs were found on the floor. The lack of electrical plugs near the bed was an inconvenience. While the staff were friendly, room cleaning missed us one day. it was comfortable but could benefit from updates and better noise insulation.
