After a long workday, it was such a delight to step into this pleasant and clean hotel, conveniently just a short walk from the Tennessee Aquarium and Creative Discovery Museum, providing a fantastic starting point for weekend strolls to discover shops and restaurants, while also enjoying the lovely art decor throughout the lobby;

We had a blast! The rooms are big and comfy, perfect for the whole crew to chill out after a long day. They got a great breakfast spread with fresh fruit and hot coffee every morning – just what we needed!

It wasn’t the cheapest place to stay, but for the quality, it’s totally alright.

The hotel boasts a prime location and is indeed clean. the experience fell short in several critical areas. Check-in was a hassle. The front desk staff were less than accommodating, causing unnecessary frustration over a confirmed reservation. Rooms lacked basic amenities and were not ready upon arrival, leaving us to settle for subpar arrangements. Noteworthy issues included a malfunctioning toilet, non-functional deadbolt, and questionable cleanliness—with roaches spotted. Room service was disappointingly slow, delivering cold food after a lengthy wait. While the furnishings were modern and the hotel had potential, the overall experience required much improvement. Attention to detail and staff training could elevate it from mediocre to exceptional.

Check-in was a nightmare. The front desk agent was incredibly rude and couldn’t find our reservation despite having confirmation. After a long wait, we were stuck in a poorly maintained room that wasn’t what we booked and left us frustrated.

Staff was exceptional, clean rooms, great location.

The restaurant served exquisite dishes and cocktails. The ambiance at The Wanderer was delightful. I enjoyed hosting events at the hotel. The Riverwalk and historical venues were fascinating.

The spacious room was a highlight, situated on the 9th floor with a great bathroom and perfect shower. the noise from the street and the air conditioning was disruptive. The pillows were too hard for comfort, leading to neck issues. The layout was practical, but a few light fixtures didn’t work. Though the WiFi was mediocre, it was still usable. I appreciated the clean decor, but I encountered roaches in the bathroom on the second night, raising concerns about cleanliness. Valet service was nice, but charges felt steep for minimal service.

There were also issues with the plumbing appliances in the bathroom, with the sink faucet being broken. One of the highlights was the friendly and helpful staff, particularly the valet parking team, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, within walking distance of many tourist attractions and restaurants. Unfortunately, there were some downsides to our experience. The room was smaller than expected, with limited space for storing toiletries and getting ready. the lighting in the room could have been better, as the bedside light was good for reading, but the ambient lighting was lacking. The limited menu options, especially for breakfast, were a bit of a letdown as well.

Valet parking felt overpriced, and the shower temp was a challenge, but those were minor hiccups in an otherwise enjoyable visit. I would have loved another night there, just to soak in more of the experience!

Loved the updated lobby and modern room furniture with a hidden fridge 🥂. The breakfast was hearty, and the shower water pressure was superb. 🚿🍳 The valet parking could be quicker and the air conditioner's cover restricted airflow, but didn't dampen the overall excellent stay. 🅿️🔄
