The sun terrace was a great spot to relax, and I also loved hanging out in the leisure room. The only hiccup was the bedside alarm clock was tricky to set, but that didn’t sour my overall experience at all. 😊

During my stay, I encountered multiple issues that soured my experience. The check-in process was confusing and the front desk staff lacked the necessary professionalism. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired, with unpleasant odors creeping in as soon as I arrived. Overall, this hotel did not meet the standards I expected, which was disappointing considering my previous experiences with the Indigo brand.

During my stay, I enjoyed the short walk to the Moon Pie General Store and the Creative Discovery Museum, which made exploring the city a breeze. the parking situation could be better communicated, but overall, my experience was filled with great adventures in the heart of the city.

I stayed here to explore downtown Chattanooga, and I was impressed by the large and comfortable king room that I had, despite the bathroom being smaller than expected. The breakfast was particularly excellent, and the convenience of valet parking made my experience even easier. I also enjoyed the hotel's proximity to attractions like the Moon Pie General Store and the Creative Discovery Museum, which were just a short walk away.

My stay at Hotel Indigo was delightful! The room designs were uniquely charming with high-quality bedding, and I loved the outdoor lounge with fire pits. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Staff were just lekker, especially Hunter—he really went the extra mile for us! Our room? Spacious and stylish, and the outdoor garden area was perfect for a few sundowners after a long day of exploring. Oh, and super dog-friendly, which was a bonus!

Food wasn’t great, kinda disappointing when you expect good brekkie.

Had an awesome group vacation! We explored the Tennessee Aquarium and caught a live show at The Signal. The staff was friendly and the outdoor lounge was perfect for hanging out. The accessible hiking trails nearby made for a great day adventure with friends.

Clean and modern room, with a fantastic onsite restaurant and bar. The live sports events were a nice touch. Unfortunately, valet parking felt unnecessary and slowed things down a bit.

One annoying thing was that the shower got slippery—def need some grip mats. Food in the restaurant was surprisingly good too! Perfect location for exploring.

The King Suite was super comfy and clean. I loved the high-quality bedding, made for a great night's sleep! Also, the hardwood floors instead of carpet was a nice touch—felt much cleaner. The vibe of the room was modern and inviting, definitely not your run-of-the-mill hotel room. Plus, the in-house restaurant had some amazing food, which was a nice surprise after a long day. Highly recommend it!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating! I really enjoyed the delicious in-house dining, especially the Waju beef burger! Plus, the outdoor lounge area was fantastic for relaxation after exploring the city.

The heater in the room struggled a bit to warm up, and the valet parking felt unnecessary at times since I could have parked it myself.
